The telehealth business calculator.

Most people decide whether to start a digital clinic on a feeling. This runs the arithmetic instead. Build the medication mix you actually plan to offer, set your own assumptions, and watch your patient list build month by month. Nothing here is a projection of your results. It is math, not a promise.

Your medication mix

Real clinics are never one molecule. Add every line you plan to offer, then set what percent of your patients are on each one.

Tap everything you plan to offer. Add as many as you like.

These two apply to every patient on every line. The provider fee is the consult. It is the same on nearly every line, and higher only on controlled substances such as testosterone, where the prescribing and monitoring requirements are heavier. Medication is the number that moves most, with the molecule and the dose. Change any of them.

Medication pricing is not fixed. Compounding pharmacies set their own pricing and it moves with ingredient supply, dose, formulation and demand. Every medication figure here is a current typical cost for illustration, not a quoted or locked price, and yours will be confirmed with your pharmacy network.

Avg price$0

Nothing in that last column is rounded off or hidden. "Costs you" is literally medication plus provider plus platform plus shipping, added across the row. It is what it takes to serve one patient for one month and nothing else: not your ads, not your software, not your build, those are counted further down so no dollar gets charged twice. Every single input is yours to change.
Why the mix matters more than any single price. A patient list built only on the lowest margin molecule can look busy and still not pay for itself, while a modest share of higher profit lines changes the whole picture. This is the number most founders never work out before they commit.

Your assumptions

Read this before you read the table. Month 1 below is your first month after launch, not the day you start. A proper build takes about twelve weeks, so month 1 here lands roughly three months out. Your build investment is treated as already spent, which is why the cumulative column starts underwater. That is the honest way to look at it.

What that produces

Arithmetic only, on the inputs you just set. A subscription business looks its worst at month 12, because by then you have paid to acquire every patient and collected only a few months from most of them. Look at the longer views too.

Read the two columns on the right separately. "Profit to date" is what the business itself has made. "Build still owed" is how much of your one time build cost you have not earned back yet. They are different questions. A clinic is usually making money months before it has returned the build, and only the second column should ever be red.

Where the fulfillment number comes from

So the cost side is not a guess.

Fulfillment cost per patient per month is four things stacked: the medication, the provider encounter, the platform fee, and shipping. The medication is the biggest variable and it moves with the molecule and the dose. The provider encounter is the consult, and it is flat across nearly everything you will offer. The exception is controlled substances such as testosterone, which carry a higher consult fee because prescribing and monitoring them is a heavier lift for the provider. The presets above reflect a typical all-in figure at each protocol, and your exact number is confirmed once your pharmacy network and dosing are set.

For context on the other side of the equation, publicly reported market pricing for compounded GLP-1 care through telehealth platforms has been described in the range of roughly $149 to $299 a month, with brand name self-pay programs reported from $199 to $449. Those are third party figures about other companies and total markets, not a statement about what you will charge or earn.

The fee nobody puts on the quote

Per patient fees compound. A build price does not.

If you are comparing providers, this is the line that decides it. A platform that charges more per patient per month costs you that gap every month, on every patient, forever. Put both numbers in and see what the difference actually is on the patient count you modeled above.

Now the part the calculator cannot do.

Numbers are the easy half. The hard half is the brand, the website, LegitScript, payment processing, the pharmacy network, and the platform underneath all of it. One team builds every piece of that with you, and you own one hundred percent of what gets built.

This page is a calculator, not a projection. Every figure it produces is arithmetic performed on assumptions you entered yourself. GrowPro and Kickstart Social LLC make no income claims, revenue projections, earnings guarantees, or representations of any kind about results you may achieve, and no past or typical result is implied. Market pricing figures referenced are publicly reported third party estimates about other companies and total markets, not statements about results available to you. Your results depend on your market, your pricing, your retention, your capital, your execution, the regulatory environment, and factors outside anyone's control, and may be substantially lower than any figure shown here, including zero. Medication costs shown are current typical figures for illustration only. They are not quotes, offers, or locked pricing: compounding pharmacies set their own pricing, which changes with ingredient supply, dose, formulation, demand and regulation, and your actual cost will differ. Compounded medications are not FDA approved finished products and availability is subject to change. Nothing here is legal, medical, tax, or investment advice. Kickstart Social LLC dba GrowPro.
