Other people ask her the hard questions. On camera.

Nobody has to take a landing page's word for anything. Four of these are other people's shows, where the questions were not written by us.

Also on Apple Podcasts and Legacy Makers TV.

What you walk away with

Six things you will know in 90 minutes that you do not know now.

This is not theory and it is not a pitch dressed up as a class. It is the operating knowledge from 80+ real launches, laid out so you can judge any path into telehealth, including ours.

1

The Triangle

Doctors, pharmacy, platform. Every telehealth business stands on these three legs, and every failed launch broke one of them. You will know how to pressure-test all three before you spend a dollar.

2

The five things you must own

Merchant account, compliance certification, brand, patient data, exit. Who holds each one decides whether you built a company or rented yourself a job.

3

Why launches fail

The real reasons founders burn six figures before taking a single order, told by someone who paid to learn them.

4

The honest timeline

What a real build takes in weeks, what changes it, and the questions that expose anyone promising 30 days.

5

Where demand is moving

Which categories are opening up, with public data, and why owned brands have room to move.

6

Live Q&A with a real founder

Bring your hardest questions. A GrowPro founder joins live to tell you what the build was actually like, unscripted, with nothing edited out.

The real math

What piecing it together yourself actually costs.

Nobody quotes you the whole thing up front. You find out one invoice at a time. Here is the list, in the order most people discover it.

A website that is actually HIPAA compliantFrom a builder who has done healthcare before. The AI-generated version is not compliant and it breaks the first time you scale it.
$10,000 to $15,000
Attribution wired wrong, then fixedRebuilding tracking after the fact costs more than doing it once. And that is separate from whatever you already spent on ads you could not measure.
$15,000 to $45,000
Picking the wrong platformYou do not fix a wrong platform. You rebuild on a right one. Most people we meet have done it twice.
The whole build. Again.
Merchant processing on their corporate accountIt is faster because it is not yours. The day you leave, your payments stop and you start over from zero.
Your payments, hostage
LegitScript, filed by youSix to nine months on your own, and that assumes you get the application right. Without it, no Meta ads, no Google ads, and most processors will not touch you. We file it on our Enterprise account in two to three weeks.
6 to 9 months
A GrowPro build replaces that entire listOne team, one build, done once, and you own all of it.
ThursdayThe real number, on screen
$300,000

I know what the bottom of that list costs because I paid it. Five platforms, three hundred thousand dollars, and not one patient to show for it. That is why I rebuilt the whole model on infrastructure I own, and it is the reason this training exists.

20+

And I have rebuilt more than twenty brands that somebody else broke first. Founders who paid a consultant, got handed a mess, and came to me to tear it down and start the infrastructure over the right way. Paying twice is the most common way this goes wrong, and it is completely avoidable.

Free, live, and the room is capped by the Zoom license.

The part nobody discloses

Almost everyone selling you telehealth is reselling somebody else's platform.

You know how this goes, because it is the same thing that happens when you hire an agency to run your ads. They miss the numbers. You push back. And only then do you find out they outsourced the whole thing to somebody you have never spoken to. Now nobody is wrong, and nothing gets fixed.

Your consultant
“The platform handles that side.”
The platform
“That is between you and the pharmacy.”
The pharmacy
“We only fulfill what we are sent.”
The dev shop
“We built exactly what we were told to build.”

However good their website looks. However slick the funnel. Whatever attribution or cost-per-patient numbers they put in the deck. None of it matters if your system is cracked in half and nobody is accountable for the crack.

Why this one is different

I am not reselling anybody's platform. I built mine.

WellieMD is our own infrastructure, which means when something breaks there is no vendor to point at and no email chain to wait on. One company, one build, one person accountable, and that person answers the phone. I also run my own brands on these exact rails, so if it is broken for you it is broken for me first.

1Company accountable
No names needed

The bros in this space have five pitches. Read their fine print.

If you have taken a call about telehealth, you have heard at least one of these. Here is what each one means once you read the contract.

Why this is on a registration page: because you are being asked to give up 90 minutes, and you have every reason to assume this is the sixth version of the same pitch. So here is ours, in writing, before you decide.

The Bro's
the pitch in your DMs
bro your telehealth empire could be LIVE in under a week 🚀🚀 just plug into our platform and GO 💸
seen 2:47 AM · no, we will not name them
The CEO'sTHE TRANSLATION
A splash page in a week is someone else's lander with your logo on it.

Rinse, repeat, and every brand looks identical. Your name becomes white noise in a feed full of clones. You are choosing between cookie cutter and a company.

fine print: their processor, not yours
The CEO'sTHE TRANSLATION
It's fast because you're on THEIR corporate account.

Leave, and you lose your payment processing and start over. Speed on borrowed rails is a leash. Our 8 to 12 weeks buys your own processing, your own LegitScript, your own everything.

The CEO'sTHE TRANSLATION
Their own disclaimer says the headline number won't be yours.

If a program claims the revenue, ask to see that brand's CEO saying it on camera. We make zero income claims. We show living brands and let their founders talk.

The Bro's
the pitch on the close call
we're not consultants, we're PARTNERS 🤝 we only win when you win 💯
the contract: a % of your profit. and a % of your exit.
The CEO'sTHE TRANSLATION
A partner who takes a cut of your exit is a landlord with a lien on your future.

Some deals take a share of your profit monthly and a share of the sale when you leave. GrowPro takes 0%. You own 100% of your company, forever.

The Bro's
the pitch on the job board
I need high ticket closers 📣 we have SO many leads we don't know what to do with them 🤑 $30k OTE
yes, this is a real post.
The CEO'sTHE TRANSLATION
Read that again. Your “strategy call” is a commission sales floor.

They are hiring closers off social media to run YOUR future through a script. At GrowPro your call is with the team that actually builds it. A licensed clinician runs this company, not a boiler room.

Ninety minutes, live, with open Q&A.

The 90 minutes

Exactly how the time is spent.

No 40-minute warmup. The teaching starts in the first five minutes.

1First 10 minutes

The market, with sources on screen

Where telehealth demand actually sits, who is buying, and which categories are recategorizing. Public data, cited live, so you can check it yourself afterward.

2Minutes 10 to 30

The Triangle, drawn on screen

Doctors, pharmacy, platform. How the three legs connect, what a legitimate version of each looks like, and the exact questions that separate a real partner from a reseller.

3Minutes 30 to 55

The five things you must own

We go one by one. What ownership means for each, what it looks like when somebody else quietly holds it, and how to get it back if they do.

4Minutes 55 to 75

A real build, start to finish

One brand, week one to launch week. The intake, the design rounds, the compliance filing, the test orders, the go-live. A founder walks through their own build with me.

5Final 15 minutes

Open Q&A, nothing off limits

Cameras optional, questions unfiltered. If you want to ask what it takes, what it costs, or why you should not do it at all, ask.

Still reading? Take the seat.

Thursday, 11AM PST / 2PM EST. Ninety minutes, live, and the Q&A only happens once.

I tried to launch my own telehealth company the way everybody does. Consultants, resellers, platforms. Five platforms and $300,000 later I had been burned enough times to rebuild the whole model from scratch, on infrastructure I own. This training is everything I wish somebody had shown me before I wrote the first check.

Before you register

Straight answers.

Is this a pitch?
There is an offer at the end, and we say so up front. The 75 minutes before it are teaching either way. If you take the material and go build with somebody else, you will still be better equipped than you were this morning. That is the trade.
Do I need to be a doctor or a nurse?
No. Most of the people who launch with us are business owners and investors adding a healthcare company to their portfolio, not clinicians. The clinical side is staffed for you. We cover exactly how that works, and what your role is and is not.
Will there be a replay?
Not for people who do not attend. Registrants who show up get access to the recording. The Q&A is the most valuable part of the session and it only happens live.
What do I need to bring?
A notepad and your hardest question. If you are already talking to another platform or consultant, bring their proposal. We will go through the questions you should be asking them.

Thursday, 11AM PST / 2PM EST. Ninety minutes.

The room is capped and the Q&A only happens once. Put your name down and we will text you the link before we go live.
